Product Description
The inclined-jet turbine is designed for power stations with high head and low flow conditions. Water flows from the reservoir through diversion pipes and nozzles at high velocity onto the runner blades, driving rotation. After passing through the runner, water discharges into the tailwater tank and downstream channel.
This turbine is ideal for small hydropower stations with water heads of 20-200m, available in both vertical and horizontal shaft configurations with manual, automatic, or electric speed regulation options.
The turbine features an inclined runner blade axis and welded volute structure with 35° inclined seat ring struts. Key components include:
- 24 guide blades with 45° inclination angle
- Double-supported guide vane structure with symmetrical airfoil
- Wooden bearings with automatic water lubrication
- Stainless steel runner with 10 blades at 45° angle
- 30° blade rotation capability
