Established in 2003, Hongya power is an international company offering tailored solutions for “small”hydroelectric developments. Hongya power complete water to wire package includes design, manufacture,installation & commissioning.
Hongya power offers a range of hydroelectric turbines capable of generating up to 20MW from a single unit. The range consists of Pelton, Francis and Turgo turbines and includes compact solutions for the 50kW to 10000kW market.
Drawing on the vast experience gained from over 30 years of designing, manufacturing and commissioning hydro schemes, Hongya power excels when it comes to servicing and plant modernisation –from single part replacement to fully rehabilitating whole installations back to their optimum working
efficiencies.
Hongya power exports to over 30 countries from the original headquarters in Yuping town, Hongya county, China. With thousands of installations around the world, Hongya power continues to demonstrate the ability to be sensitive to regional differences and requirements, designing, manufacturing, and installing customized engineered solutions for their clients. The detailed design builds on the already competed outline design. The key components are:
Specification and procurement of any geotechnical investigations required
Design of foundations
Construction design of concrete structures including reinforcement design
Detail design and specification of all fabricated parts (intake screens, fish pass etc.)
Design and specification of on-site electrical systems
Design and specification of all hydraulic systems
Specification of all hardware (turbine, screen cleaner etc.)
founded in May,2003 as a professional manufacturer of water turbine generator set. The company is located in a great place which surrounded by Mount WaWu and Emei, a place closed to many famous scenic spots such as Leshan Giant Buddha, Ya’an Bifeng gorge etc. The total company land is about 70000㎡, construction part 35000㎡. The employee is about 100 workers, which the R&D part is 25%
The company get 11 patents and many awards from the official authority, we also get certificate of QMS ISO9001(2008).Our company get good technical and development cooperation with Sichuan university, Xihua university and Sichuan provincial machine R&D research. We are subcontractor of some famous water turbine generator manufacturer such as DEC; Chongqing water turbine works co., LTD, etc. We get good technical support from university and the contractor which enable us a better manufacturer with strong technology skill and rich project experiences.
