Product Description
The water inlet system includes connecting pipes, turbine inlet valves, and expansion joints. The turbine inlet valve enables shutdown in still water conditions and provides emergency shutdown capability when the turbine distributor fails. Expansion joints compensate for installation errors and facilitate maintenance. A drain valve is positioned at the bottom, with connection pipes welded to the power plant piping on-site.
The welded volute contains fixed guide vanes and directs water flow into the vane device and runner with proper swirl characteristics. A top-mounted bleed valve releases air during initial water filling.
Comprising guide vanes, guide vane rods, shaft sleeves, and covers, this assembly adjusts water flow according to load changes and enables normal and emergency shutdowns. The 16 precision-machined guide vanes feature hydraulic torque capability and automatic closing tendency. Made from ZG230-450 steel, they ensure complete contact in closed position to minimize leakage.
As the turbine's core component, the runner converts water energy to mechanical energy. This integrally welded unit uses ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel for excellent cavitation and corrosion resistance. The design includes 16 pressure-reduction holes and undergoes comprehensive testing per ASME standards.
Constructed with main shaft and flywheel using 45# carbon steel, this four-fulcrum design provides stable operation. The disc-type flywheel stabilizes during adjustments, with flat key connections ensuring interchangeability.
Features a packing set with reinforced PTFE material for friction and corrosion resistance. The stainless steel shaft sleeve and accessible design simplify observation and maintenance.
Consisting of diffusing pipe, elbow, and cone sections, this assembly directs water flow downstream while recovering kinetic energy. Natural air admission ensures stable operation during partial guide vane openings.
Includes servomotor, fork, and ear pin components that regulate guide vane opening through the control ring based on load variations.
Pressure gauge on the spiral case monitors internal pressure, while vacuum gauge on the diffusing pipe tracks tailrace water vacuum levels, both with controllable piping cocks.
Two pneumatic piston brakes operate at 0.5-0.7 MPa pressure. The system applies braking force to the flywheel when unit speed drops below 30% of rated speed.
